Our program meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month (except Nov & Dec). We usually have a guild member teach a technique or project to the guild, but sometimes have a guest instructor or other activities. Come learn and have fun with us!
We have monthly Sit 'N Sews at the Kiln library on designated Saturdays. This is time set aside to bring whatever you’d like to work on and sew in the company of other members. It starts around 9am, and usually wraps up by about 3pm. You can come for any portion of the time- this is a flexible, stress-free day! You can bring lunch and/or snacks or make a food run (there’s a Subway and a Ward’s nearby). If you can make these occasionally, it’s great fellowship and fun!
Sew 'N Draws are when members come together bringing fabric (per coordinators’ instruction) and put together a quilt top in a day. Some sew, some press, some cut, some layout- the ultimate quilters’ assembly line! At the end of a day, a name is drawn from the participants and that lucky winner gets to keep the top.
